This concept aims to bring the cultural history from the old town of Dubai into the modern building, using neutral sand colors as a background, and adding accent hues of its vibrant colors, textures, tastes, smells, and vivacity.

The palette scheme dances with the golden whispers of the central deserts, giving the design a smooth and cozy character.
